A service engagement requires separately agreed scope, responsibilities and contracting-party details; website content alone does not form a service agreement.
The local project-brief tool
The tool prepares a text brief in your browser. It does not send form entries to this server, store them in local storage or subscribe you to a mailing list. Copying and downloading are actions you choose. Opening an email draft does not send an email; you review and send it through your own email application.
Information shared by email
When you choose to contact Jaymio, your email address and the information you include are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work. Do not include confidential drawings, banking details, identification documents or sensitive customer records in an initial enquiry. Suitable arrangements should be agreed before exchanging such material.
Hosting and technical operation
The website does not load advertising pixels, third-party analytics, social feeds or external font services. Servers and infrastructure providers may process network and request information to deliver the site and protect its operation. The included maintenance scripts inspect public pages and publish website metadata; they do not process the contents of the local brief form.
Research and illustrations
Working perspectives and comparison examples explain a proposed approach. They are not client case studies, independent audits, product approvals or guarantees of business outcomes. Abstract graphics do not depict owned facilities or a real partner network.
